Around here, Little Betty is a regular little Energiser Bunny. It's not unusual for her to run a cross country race then turn up 4 hours later to swimming training and swim 2-3km. She never stops. Apart from some ear infections, she is rarely sick. But today - my poor sick girl. She started feeling a bit off last night. When I came out the back this morning at 8:30 she was sitting on the couch saying her joints were sore and she 'wasnt steady on her feet'. Poor thing. So a bed was made up on the couch, supplies put close at hand and we spent a quiet day at home. She rallied at little this afternoon after a nap and we had a game of Cluedo, but then it was straight back to the couch. She's so quiet, it makes me realise what a bright spark she usually is when she is her normal self.
Anyway, the sun streamed in and we opened the doors that stretch right across the back. Spring is here.
