On my travels around the inner suburbs where I live (and even the outer suburbs), flats are going up everywhere. On Saturdays I go to the Richmond market and I park outside the abandoned factory in the picture, I like the retro letters JACQUES up the top. Of course, it's about to be turned into flats. Be interested to see if they retain any of the brickwork (I doubt it has any historical value) or if they knock it flat, let's see how many levels they go to!
